Restaurant & Hospitality Photography London | Bob Bob Ricard City

Suspended within the Leadenhall Building in the heart of the City of London, Bob Bob Ricard City is one of the most striking hospitality interiors I’ve had the chance to photograph. As a restaurant and commercial interior photographer working across London, I was commissioned to capture the space’s design — inspired by the Royal Yacht Britannia and modern-day superyachts — translating that nautical opulence into every booth, surface, and light fitting.

Created by Shayne Brady of BradyWilliams — the studio behind multiple high-profile London restaurant interiors — the design leans into rich palettes, warm golden lighting, and a sense of luxurious, cosy indulgence that sets it apart from its sister restaurant in Soho. Solid brass and stainless steel finishes recur throughout, hand-detailed to give the space a glamorous, art deco-inspired edge, while every table is arranged as an intimate booth, creating a series of distinct, photogenic moments across the dining rooms and private suites.

Shooting a commercial hospitality space like this comes with its own challenges — reflective brass and steel finishes, ambient lighting, and the need to convey both intimacy and scale across multiple rooms. Each booth had to be photographed to feel private and enclosed, while the wider dining rooms needed to read as expansive and theatrical, so I worked carefully with light and reflection throughout the shoot to balance both. Details like the polished metal gantries, brass trim, and bespoke lighting fixtures were given particular attention, since so much of the restaurant’s identity comes through in these finer touches.

My focus throughout was capturing that atmosphere, showing the space exactly as a guest would experience it while highlighting the craft and precision behind the design. The result is a set of images that reflect the confidence of the space itself — built to be as memorable in photographs as it is in person.
