These terms outline how Pablo Salgueiro Photography works with clients. The specific terms of your project will be confirmed in a signed Photography Services Agreement (for architectural/interior projects) or applicable Rate Card (for real estate photography) prior to booking.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your booking date for architectural and interior photography projects. The remaining balance is due upon approval of watermarked proofs, prior to delivery of final high-resolution files.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For architectural and interior photography bookings, changes to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the session. Cancellations or postponements within this window will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
For real estate photography bookings, a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or reschedules.
Weather & Drone Photography
Where weather conditions make a session impracticable to complete safely — particularly relevant for drone photography, which is carried out in line with UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations — the session may be postponed with any retainer carried over in full to the rescheduled date.
Image Usage & Licensing
Pablo Salgueiro retains copyright of all images produced. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use delivered images for self-promotion — including websites, social media, print materials, press features, and design award submissions. Images may not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties without prior authorization. Contractors, vendors, or consultants wishing to use the same images for their own promotion may do so under a separate cost-share arrangement. Where reasonably practicable, clients are asked to credit “Photography by Pablo Salgueiro” with a link to pablosalgueiro.com when using delivered images.
Site Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, clean, and fully styled at the time of the session. Delays caused by an unprepared site will not extend the allocated shoot time.
Liability
In the rare event that a session cannot be completed due to equipment failure or an emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
